These terms apply to MealMint, its website, and related services provided by Glacier Labs, LLC. By using MealMint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to help@mealmintapp.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Using MealMint

MealMint helps you save recipes, plan meals, and organize groceries. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where permitted by law.

The app starts with a guest account. You can choose an available sign-in provider to connect your library to an account. Keep your device and sign-in account secure. Guest data or unsynchronized local changes may be lost if you remove the app, reset your device, or lose access to its local storage.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, submit malicious material, or use it to infringe someone else's rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security problems, or legal requirements.

Recipes, nutrition, and generated content

Recipes, nutrition estimates, dietary labels, substitutions, and generated content can contain errors or omissions. Imported content may be incomplete or differ from its original source. Review ingredients, quantities, cooking instructions, and food-handling guidance before relying on them.

MealMint is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition and allergy information is not a guarantee that a food is safe or suitable for you. Check product labels and preparation conditions yourself, and consult a qualified professional about a medical condition, allergy, or dietary requirement. AI-generated content is provided to assist your planning and requires your judgment.

Your content and third-party material

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, copy, format, and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including importing a recipe, synchronizing your library, and sharing a recipe when you enable sharing. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Only upload, import, or share material you are entitled to use. A link being publicly accessible does not grant permission to republish all of its contents. Credit and links to a source do not replace permission when it is required. Third-party websites and content remain subject to their own terms and rights.

Shared links may be forwarded, and recipients can keep copies. If you believe material on MealMint infringes your rights, email help@mealmintapp.com with the relevant link, a description of the material and your rights, and a way to contact you.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, included features, and any trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Availability and pricing may vary by store or region. Purchases are processed by the store shown at checkout and are subject to that store's payment terms.

Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless you cancel through the store before renewal. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account's subscription settings; see Apple's cancellation instructions. If you purchased through another store, use that store's subscription controls. Removing the app, signing out, or deleting your MealMint account does not cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility and requests are handled under the applicable store rules and your legal rights. Contact us for help with paid access or restoring a purchase. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Availability and updates

We may update features, fix problems, or change how the service operates. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every third-party link will import successfully. Keep copies of information that is important to you. Changes to a paid subscription are subject to the applicable purchase terms, store requirements, and law.

The app and website, apart from content belonging to you or other rights holders, are provided for use with the service and are not sold to you. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also governs the app license where applicable.

Responsibility and ending use

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that all content will be accurate or that the service will always meet your needs. This does not exclude any warranty, liability, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You can stop using MealMint at any time and delete your account in the app's profile settings. Account deletion and data retention are described in our Privacy Policy. Cancel a paid subscription separately through the store if you no longer want it to renew.
